Collection and Delivery guidelines
COLLECTION & LOCAL DELIVERY
You can collect your items from Annandale, NSW. If you choose this option, we request that you arrange to pick up your items within 5 days of it being ready. If you are unable to collect within 5 working days, we can arrange delivery by Australia Post.
We will ensure we comply with Covid-19 guidelines and offer contactless pick-up and drop off. If you have any queries about collection, please send a message using the contact form below.
DELIVERY VIA AUSTRALIA POST
For deliveries within Australia, we've chosen the most reliable, trackable postage options by using the Australia Post network. As a guideline, we're offering:
- Parcel Post - regular delivery
- Express Post - next day delivery
Please note: shipping is calculated according to the weight of your items, and added to your order at check-out.
Please check: on the Australia Post website for their delivery times, terms and conditions and please choose the option you're most comfortable with. Once your parcel is lodged with Australia Post, we will send you the tracking number, so we can both keep our eyes on progress.
